1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of code-cult.com and every order you place with CODE, operating from The 5th Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt. By browsing the store or placing an order, you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products, sizing and colour

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, and publish measurements on our size chart. Please check them before ordering.

• Colour — screens differ, so the shade you see may vary slightly from the physical garment.
• Measurements — garments are measured by hand and may vary by roughly 1–2 cm.
• Availability — stock is limited and drops sell out. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

Neither of these normal variations makes an item faulty. If a size doesn't work out, use your free exchange.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately at one flat nationwide rate, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

We accept card payment online and cash on delivery across Egypt. We may change prices or run promotions at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges we received it — the contract forms when we dispatch the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, we cannot verify the delivery details, we suspect fraud or resale, or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

For cash-on-delivery orders we may contact you once to confirm the order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.

5. Delivery

We ship across Egypt within 2–5 business days of dispatch, and dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirming your order. These windows are estimates in good faith, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather and public holidays.

You are responsible for giving a correct, complete address and a reachable phone number. If two delivery attempts fail because we cannot reach you, the order is returned to us and cancelled. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange, and your first size swap is free. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you; if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover everything.

7. Discounts and promotions

• Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so explicitly.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
• Free gifts and buy-one-get-one items must be returned along with the qualifying item if you return that item.
• We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or unauthorised resale.

9. Intellectual property

The CODE name, logo, designs, graphics, photography and all content on this store belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not the rights to its design.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store to break any law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or copy our content at scale, place fraudulent orders, or harass our team. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

11. Liability

We provide the store as it is and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before anything formal, please talk to us. Most issues are resolved in a single WhatsApp conversation and we would much rather fix your problem than argue about it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
